ORDER PROCESSING

Ready to ship pieces are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Made to order pieces are processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks. After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once the order has shipped, you will get an additional email with the tracking number.

 

SHIPPING

USPS Priority delivery time is 1-3 business days. USPS Priority Mail Express delivery time is 1 business day.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

USPS Priority International delivery time is 6-10 business days. USPS Priority Express International delivery time is 3-5 business days. International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred during transit. All duties and taxes must be paid by recipient. For more information on duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

JxAllure is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, JxAllure will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. We are unable to process any refunds, returns or exchanges.

All items are packed with extra care and attention to ensure they arrive in the best condition. Jewelry damaged after delivery is not considered faulty. Discounts may not be applied to previous orders.
